I made a several changes - including adding 4 more feet of roof, after we did the contract and order. I Emailed what I needed, they made the change the same day, the process was quick and very easy. Best of all it did not affect my delivery date.
Then came delivery:
Alumicenter Emailed a confirmation and called the day before delivery to confirm. 8am-12 was my delivery window. I confirmed online and everything was set.

Guys showed up with the complete delivery at 10:45 am. I had friends there to help make it easier. It was a fast and easy offload that we were ready for. Then the driver carefully went thru the entire delivery order item by item. Identifying every item, that was great!
Everything was exactly as ordered!
My order was, from figuring out what I wanted / needed with ordering, to product delivery 5 STARS+ dealing with Alumicenter and their entire staff was a pleasure.

We bought the kit, they delivered it, some “experienced” friends and I had it completely installed in a full day. Done!
Roof went in exactly to plan we worked out. It’s also HVHZ rated for Florida. Very sturdy. Quality roof system.

As advertised. I ordered a patio roof kit from them. It arrived when they said it would arrive. All of the parts and pieces were correct, and the quantities of each were correct. The guys that delivered my order were efficient and knowledgeable about my order, and they walked me through line-by-line, making sure every single piece was accounted for. And throughout the entire process, the office staff always answered the phone and provided helpful answers to my questions and concerns. 10/10

Very nice kit I installed it myself, I called for support but. There was none, make sure you are able to figure it out by yourself, if you are going to do it, I called for support they Said someone was going to call me back and never, I had to figure out. But it is nice when it is done very solid everything fits perfectly and everything you need to complete the work.

This was the best choice, Alumicenter is a quick professional and very friendly place. they helped from the quote to the end of my installation. the videos and all the info they provided made getting the permits quick and easy, the step by step installation guide with videos made it so simple to install. the price was very reasonable and the delivery was quick.

I want to thank Ivonne for a fast and professional service. I ordered the DIY patio cover to attach to my house fascia. Anytime you order something from a distance for the first time, you tend to worry about many things including wiring money and getting a product. The whole process was seamless and the communication was great. I live in Leesburg so when I wired my money, Ivonne emailed me that the money was received and like the website said, it could be 3 weeks b4 delivery. So I was happy when I received the email that it was shipping early. In fact I received it exactly 7 days later. The delivery men were very polite and asked me where I wanted the parts. Everything was accounted for and in very good condition. I had asked for a quote from one of the local aluminum companies prior to finding Alumicenter. They wanted $600 more and they did not include the screws and bolts. Probably their DIY price.

We had a fabulous experience with Alumicenter! They were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They also answered all of our questions with a friendly and pleasant attitude which is rare these days! We ordered a 10x40 DIY kit in September 2023, it was complete with all materials required for the job, and delivery was a few weeks earlier than expected. The materials were top notch, matched our existing screen cage and went together smoothly, even for a novice DIY’er. We would highly recommend this company to everyone and the only reason I gave them 5 stars is because there wasn’t a higher number. My family and I were fortunate enough to be able to have a pool and pergola built. Let me tell you noone pays any attention to the pool all the comments and attention are around the pergola. Alumicenter installed a 30' x 20' patio cover for me at house in Miami beach. They did an outstanding job and completed the work on budget and on time. The cleaned up afterwards.

I highly recommend this company. I made an error and ordered the wrong color trim which was not realizes until the delivery. Carolina and Juan jumped on my problem and with the help of the excellent delivery I received the correct parts that day. All of the parts and hardware were of a high quality and the only problem I had with installation was rain delays.

Alumnicenter went above and beyond expectations, I purchased a 10x22 DIY patio kit, came with everything you would need from bolts to sealant. Installation was fairly easy, also had a video if needed. My new patio looks awesome. Thank You Alumicenter!!!

challenging due to the design of the area I wanted covered. The foreman and I put our heads together and came up with a solution that the installers executed nicely. In the end, the patio cover turned out even nicer than I imagined. Great job all-around

I got several quotes but at the end I went with Alumicenter. My first impression of the company was through Carolina. She was very helpful and polite and answered my many questions. Juan, Ivonne and the Andy and the rest of the crew were very professional. The instalation of my complete enclosure took just 8 days. My wife and I purchased a DIY patio roof kit to cover a 14' x 11' section of our patio. Yvonne explained the entire process to us and the cost of the project. I'm a do it yourself guy, I did a lot of research before purchasing a DIY kit from Alumicenter. Juan and Ivonne were very helpful and responsive to customize the quotes for my requirements. My patio slab was already added to our home when it was built so the desire was to cover the entire slab 12'x48' and screen it in. The largest DIY kit on their website was a 12'x24' but it's not as simple as just send me 2 of those. I also found and worked directly with fabricators of these types of products and found those source to unreliable, unresponsive and just generally they did not want to work with the general public even though some of them made their products available to the public. After communicating to Juan the difficulty I was having getting responses from the wholesalers of the screen components, Juan agreed to also order and ship me those components even though it was not something he typically did for DIY projects. Juan also supplied some CAD drawing of how they professionally install some of these components.Working directly with Juan, who knows the product and all of the components it takes to assemble one of theses and the process to do so made my decisions easy to go with him over the manufactures and wholesalers. Juan assured me he assist me with advice after the sale and did as he stated. The price Alumicenter gave me was with shipping and what they published for me to sign on their docu-sign process is exactly what I paid, no surprises. I can say if you order one of these have some help to unload when it arrives because my order was shipped on Tuesday and arrived on a Thursday and an over the road truck driver will not unload for you. Juan also has a company create all of this stuff you order up into new plywood creates customized specifically for your order. So I cannot vouch for his installation but if Juan and Ivonne treat their employees as well as they did me I can't see how you could go wrong selecting them for your project. John Central TX

I had the complete structure replaced in my townhouse patio replaced. These guys did a fantastic jobs and worked well together. I'm most impressed with how much sturdier the new door and the beams etc.. is now than the one that was put in originally in 1980. The receptionist (Janet) is super nice and efficient. We recently had a 16' x 34' Patio Enclosure installed by Alumicenter. From beginning to end the process went smooth. Juan & Ivonne were responsive, courteous and professional. Juan set a timeline and met the completion date of the project. Juan also called me and gave periodic status updates throughout the process of the project. I usually like to review my vendors in an effort to provide feedback on my experience in the hopes that this will help others. Prior to awarding Alumicenter with my project I called three different contractors of which one that was recommended for me to choose Alumicenter over somebody that was recommended by someone I have personal ties with was a small challenge , in the end I went with the one that listened to what I wanted and understood what I wanted. From the beginning all aspects of my project were handled professionally , from the first phone call to the last portion of our project was handle objectively and precise to plan. In my case a inground pool was being constructed when I approached Alumicenter for a quote on the removal of existing awning 40x12 and placement of a built to code Aluminum steel 40 x11 roof to be placed besides the pool, timing was important cause I wanted the roof to be in placed prior to pool deck so that the details of the poles would be hidden with the deck. Although there was an unexpected delay due to building code changes that took place at the same time we agree to move forward with project. In the end the completed job ended Fantastic, the on site workers have excellent work ethics , I mean even thought my backyard was a disaster and the area they had to work with was a disaster they nevertheless took the time to make sure to clear and clean the area the worked on prior to leaving the property, if this is not an example of excellent work ethics then I do not know what is. They visited the site several of times and it was the same every time. I recommend that when sitting with the Alumicenter rep , be sure to do your home work first and know exactly what you want and be sure to bring this desire to Alumicenter up front and be patience just because one or two times they may not immediately respond to your call it does not mean that they are not monitoring progress of your project, it happen to me a few times but at all times they were on target.

We called on Alumicenter Inc because we live in the Florida Keys and needed a pool enclosure. Since we live directly on the waterfront it is very windy and we needed a sturdy structure. Juan who is the owner came out and gave us a quote. After our pool was finished his crew came out and started the building. He has a great group of guys who have been with him for at least 10 years. Every morning they got here early (8-8:30 am) and worked until 4-5 sometimes 6 pm. It took them 6 days and was well worth the wait! They worked very hard all day and were very friendly to us and our dogs.On the final day when they came out to finish we asked them if they could stop by our rental property on their way north to fix one of our screens that had been damaged. They were kind enough to do this and even though we paid them it certainly was a very kind gesture from Juan and his crew. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Yvonne Cohen, Office Mgr. of Alumicenter, Inc. to provide me with a proposal to install an Insulated Patio Cover. I found Yvonne to be a very professional and helpful person in discussing my needs and requirements. I ultimately decided to go with Alumicenter, Inc. based on the cost proposal and conversations that I had over the phone with Yvonne.

I am very pleased with the installation of the Insulated Covered Patio that was installed. As part of the scope of work, Alumicenter, Inc. provided the design of the covered patio and submitted all required documents for Miami-Dade Permitting. Once they obtain the approved permits, they immediately started work that included concrete foundation and the aluminum structure and cover.

Juan Cohen, Project Mgr. and his team worked in a professional manner. I found them to be honest and respectable. They took pride in performing a high quality installation. The County Building Inspector performed three required inspections. The Inspector signed off on his inspections with no issues. The work was performed in an expeditious manner.

Of all the aluminum carport/canopy manufacturers I contacted, Alumicenter was the most responsive and provided the most reasonable quote. They were thoroughly professional throughout and communicated promptly, showed up when expected and installed a quality suspended canopy that met or exceeded our expectations. Wow, where to start. I am very, very high on Alumicenter, the project manager and the crew that built my project. Just the best. When trying to find a contractor for my project, I visited two of Alumicenter's projects. I was very pleased with what I saw, including the concrete work, the enclosures, the roofing, the quality of materials, and the attention to detail. In addition, both owners raved about Juan Cohen (the project manager) and his crew (Juan Carlos and Giovanni). My project involved a 61' concrete slab a along the length of my mobile home, starting with a 10' covered entry-way, a 24' screen porch, plus 27' of workshop and storage shed. The effort started with getting engineering drawings, permits from Miami-Dade, and approvals from my Homeowners' Assn. Alumicenter knew exactly how to get all that done. They really know what they are doing. The second phase was pouring an 11' x 61' concrete slab down the length of my unit (partially covering an existing slab). When the slab dried, the framing went up and the roof went on (I can walk on my roof). Then, the screens and doors were installed. Beautiful work. I am extremely pleased with this project. Juan Cohen is very easy to deal with. As the inevitable issues came up, he dealt with them in a polite and efficient manner. One of the things that stands out about about Juan is that he knows this work so well that he can solve problems on the fly. As we got into the project, I changed my mind about several features (the kinds of changes that drive contractors nuts). Juan did not get upset. He calmly and patiently addressed my requested changes, and was able to work things around to give me exactly what I wanted. He understands the permitting process so well that he was able to make my modifications without our having to go back to the permitting office with plan modifications. Worth its weight in gold. The other thing that I really liked about Juan is that he was here practically every day making sure that the project was unfolding correctly. Very hands on. That was very reassuring to me. And, he is always very accessible - returns calls, emails and texts messages promptly. I can't say enough good things about Juan, his crew, and the job they did for me. First rate. AAA+++. When I first contracted with Alumicenter for my project, the price seemed pretty reasonable, but I was a bit nervous about spending that much money. After witnessing all the work that went into my project, and the quality of the work and the materials used, I can flatly say the price was very very fair. I found Alumicenter on Google and was very happy I did. I needed an insolated screened patio and was not too comfortable with the solutions from two other contractors (that my friends introduced). I have been dealing with many contractors for different projects in the past few years. Juan the project manager and Juan the installer are among the most professional ones. They show up on time, brought the materials to my house on schedule (have to wait for another contractor to finish my floor), then install the patio in 5 days. Manager came regularly to give instructions and check the progress. Installer did it with good detail and kept things clean. The materials look strong and the patio became a great additional to my house!

This company came highly recommended so we contacted representative Juan Cohan for an estimate. We discussed our options and visited their beautiful showroom. We decided on the Glass Florida Room with Impact tinted windows and doors. The result is a gorgeous addition to our home at a very reasonable price, and they provide financing.
