Job Description
Alumcenter is looking for a motivated, bilingual Inbound Sales & Customer Support Representative to help customers with aluminum patio cover kit inquiries, product information, quotes, and order support.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, confident on the phone, and able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish. The right candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, gathering project details, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and helping customers understand their options.
You will be part of a team that supports homeowners, contractors, and DIY customers looking for aluminum patio cover kits, insulated roof systems, screen rooms, and related outdoor living products.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Help customers understand Alumcenter’s patio cover kit products and available options
- Gather project details such as dimensions, attachment type, colors, delivery address, and photos
- Assist with preparing quotes, customer correspondence, and order-related documents
- Follow up with customers regarding quotes, pending information, payments, and order status
- Maintain accurate customer records and project files
- Coordinate appointments, project reviews, and internal communication with management
- Provide clear information about product features, benefits, timelines, and next steps
- Help resolve customer concerns in a courteous and professional way
- Support monthly sales goals established by management
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong phone, email, and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer inquiries at the same time
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general office software
- Good written communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in construction, remodeling, patio products, permitting, or contractor office work is a plus
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred
