Do you deliver to Broward and Miami-Dade?
Yes. We coordinate delivery to qualifying addresses throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Permitted projects should be based on site-specific engineering and the applicable product approvals.
Can you deliver to the Florida Keys?
We deliver DIY patio cover kits throughout the Florida Keys, including Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key, and Key West. Because of the distance and unique road conditions, we review the delivery address, panel lengths, and unloading area before scheduling delivery.
Does Alumcenter provide engineering drawings?
We do not prepare site-specific engineering drawings. Customers planning to obtain a permit should work with a qualified Florida engineer. Once the drawings are complete, send us a copy so we can review the required materials.
Are wood-look roof panels available?
Yes. Wood-look insulated panels are available with selected roof systems. The available colors and configurations depend on the manufacturer, roof dimensions and selected design.
What panel thicknesses are available?
We offer insulated roof panels in 3-inch, 4-inch and 6-inch thicknesses. Panel thickness affects insulation and the spans that may be available between supports.
The correct panel thickness depends on the roof projection, support configuration, project location and engineering requirements. For permitted projects, the complete roof system must follow the site-specific drawings and applicable product approval.
Can I add fans or lights to the patio cover?
Selected insulated roof systems can include hollow fan beams that provide a location for routing electrical wiring and supporting compatible fans or light fixtures.
